SH RECOVERY
We believe that recovery is just as important as the workouts themselves. In addition to our unmatched programming & classes, Stackhouse Training features a dedicated recovery area equipped to meet your pre & post-workout needs. You will have access to recovery tools such as Hyperice Normatec compression sleeves, Theraguns, and foam rollers to help you accelerate your recovery so that you can achieve optimal performance in and outside of the gym.
OPEN GYM
Our **Open Gym** program gives you the freedom to train on your terms with full access to our top-tier equipment, including barbells, kettlebells, rowers, rigs, and more.
